The only reason I go is because of Reese and Nia.These two are THE ONLY actual employees that work here.The other employees here... do not work whatsoever,very rude,slow and trust me you will be waiting 25 minutes for a smoothie ,and that is WITHOUT a line atall.I don't see why the manager continues to hire these very very young little girls that seem to have no experience at all andruin the entire stores name and professionalism. ???????? The only reason I add 1 star is because the review made me in order to post. I normally don?t write negative reviews... when I have a bad experience unless it is egregious. By the looks the comments this store has had its share of issues. I justleft the store & ordered an island impact requested that the pineapple juice be removed and to add kale and its place. When Ireceive my receipt I noticed they charge me for the kale. I told the clerk it was a mistake, I remove the pineapple juice inorder to add the kale and its place. The clerk argue they charged me what I ask for. I?ve asked the clerk which was a guy withblond colored hair why would anyone pay for an additional item they can get with their substitute. Instead of being apologetiche wanted to argue so I asked for a refund. He snatched the receipt which caused the change to fly to the floor. When hereturned my money I was a nickel short. I had to tell him it was a nickel he let fly across the floor. That?s the second reasonwhy he should?ve known he could have made the mistake of adding that item on my ticket just like he made the mistake ofrefunding me the incorrect amount. Then when I proceeded to leave he stated, ?you have a nice day, in a very nasty tone. Ididn?t say a word or look back to antagonize his behavior.. This young man was that age of one of my children. I frequently stopby this location for many years. I have never seen this young man before. This location seems to have a change of employeesfrequently. In times like this where people are cooking more at home specially shakes you would think the customer service wouldbe at a greater level. Whoever is running that establishment better put a hidden camera to view the actions of their employees.Customer service is everything! Read more
This location stole money from me when I never received product. I ordered via app and the order was to be ready at 7:48a. Upon... arrival, I noticed they were closed and changed their hours of open to 9a vs 7a posted in the SK app. I have called on severaloccasions, spoken to the employees who referred me to speak with the manager for a refund and they NEVER called me back. The appneeds to be updated with the temporary hours to prevent things like this; whether handled by corporate, the owner, or themanager, it needs to be fixed. Whoever the manager or owner is at this location, shame on you for showing such unethicalbehavior to your employees. Correct the issue! Shady business. Read more
First time here. I ordered 4 32 oz smoothies and 1 20 oz the lady at the register embarrassed me by yelling at the customers... behind me it would be a little bit because of what I ordered. I changed my order to 5 20 oz so it will be easier for them. Iasked her is she for real how she just acted in front of 5 ppl. Very rude not friendly and made me feel like I as a customer wasbothering her. I was very nice and respectful. Read more

I went to in to this location this morning, intending to order a drink and water. I made the mistake of asking for the water... first, and they said that they refuse water to anyone who does not make a minimum purchase. The high school aged individual whoattempted to render customer service to me was extremely nasty and rude. I guess the old rule is true that you get a minimumwage effort for a minimum wage pay from minimum wage people. I will NEVER darken their doorstep again. Read more
Located right next to the Walmart, it's a great place to enjoy amazing smoothies. They have a huge menu with various... combinations of fruits and vegetables to create great smoothies. We went for Vegan Mango Kale (which has a SunWarrior raw plantbased protein, mangoes, kale, bananas, apple juice, pineapple mango juice blend, and almonds) and a Raspberry Collider (whichhas bananas, raspberry sorbet, raspberry puree, orange juice and an electrolyte mix). Both of them were amazing and veryrefreshing. The staff was good and very helpful. These guys also sell nutritional supplements and other snacks which you canhave with your smoothies. Read more
