My brother and I went into the store at 9:45 PM to buy $30 worth of subs and the clerk said that they were closed and not taking... any more customers although, the signs said that they close at 10 PM. Asked what the store number was and the clerks name, theclerk replied that it was none of my business. When I went outside a guy got out of his car and said he arrived at Subway about9:35pm and was told the same thing as he was calling corporate to complain. Another car was there with a couple eating theirSubway as we all got to watch them enjoy dinner. No one has ever called me back about the situation. Read more

Terrible. I have the subway app with rewards and I ask how do I apply it and they tell me it's through online ordering. The app... does not allow me to add the rewards through online order, only at checkout and the lady says they don't know anything about theapp and brushed me off. Read more

I'm an Uber driver and stopped on my way through and omg! This is legitimately the first GOOD subway sub I've had. The bread was... so soft, I didn't even know subway bread could be SOFT! It had the perfect amount of meat and cheese, oil and vinegar. If thesubways in my area were like this one I'd eat a sub everyday. The lady was polite in the drive thru and it was fast consideringit was a drive thru. Highly highly recommend this location. Read more

Purchased a Turkey sandwich with lettuce tomato and cucumber. Drive 11miles to get home and noticed that when I removed the... sandwich from the bag that it weighed nothing? Strange? I opened to find 2 slices of tomato a sprinkle of lettuce and 3cucumber slices. Since I lived so far I called and the woman on the phone said that the other woman making sandwiches has beenin the job a long time and doesn?t make mistakes like that. I told her the time I came in and a complete description of thewoman who had taken my order and made the sandwich and that she left out of the building during my order?and she says that noemployee has left during this time. She said that I ordered a vege delight and I didn?t even know you made a sandwich called bythat name. I did not order that. I ordered Turkey. At this point nobody cares that THEIR customer has driven 11 miles and hasnothing to eat. She told me I could drive back but I told her that round trip is 22miles and I?m not driving back. Not surewho the owner is but hopefully he/she is aware of how run down looking and unkept the place is. It used to look just theopposite. I said to her ?so you think I?m lying about the order I make every time I come to your store? I guess won?t beback.? The woman said; ?That?s fine.? We make so many excuses for people who don?t care. The pandemic shouldn?t be an excuse tonot be courteous to customers and empathetic when the store got an order wrong. Just so you understands. We have purchased aminimum of 50+ items from your store and never once complained or asked for more food. In fact 3 years ago we wrote a glowingreview. I guess I was expecting someone to say that they would make it right and not to worry. Me and my wife have eaten herequite often 2-3 times a month but noticed the decline. This was just another confirmation that even when you are getting paidto help customers it doesn?t matter. Blame the pandemic? Read more

Very clean location and their vegetables looked/tasted amazing! Ordered a vegetarian sub and usually sandwiches with just... vegetables don't look very filling, but the one here looked too good to save for later! The employees here a great, quickservice, very polite, and a lot of smiles all around. I hadn't had subway in a long time, but I might become a regular again.Thank you for your service Subway team!
