Waited for over 45 minutes for a drive-through order to be brought to the car. Used the receipt to give feedback and never heard... back from management or corporate or anybody....This particular Wendy's restaurant has a history of being subpar and I would notrecommend visiting it. Read more

I usually order a 4 for $4 Chicken Sandwich with cheese, medium size combo with a Vanilla Frosty. It comes with 4 chicken... nuggets. Instead they give me a chocolate Frosty and no Nuggets. I would love to double back and ask to fix it but reviews andpictures are more affective. Read more
Where should I start. My family and I showed up to this place to eat as a family. We did not receive any greeting of the day. In... fact no one even looked on our direction and said anything to us. However, we observed the customer in front of us get treatedlike they were the president of the United States. No cashier took our order as if we were expected to use these monitors toorder our own food. Not happy about that, we said nothing and ordered from the monitor. Then me and my family sat down to waitfor our food to come. After 15 mins of seeing other customers get greeting of the day, called by there name even, and evengetting there food out fast, I got up and asked where is our food. Can you believe that this same cashier that had ignored usthis entire time had the audacity to say ?I forgot about your order, I was bagging up bags? I bit my tongue again and my husbandgrabbed our food and we sat down. Mind you we were the only people in the lobby and there was no crowd. Then while we wereeating, we witness a customer walk in get the greeting of the day, and was asked if she would be dining in or out? And thecashier actually took her order. The last straw was when she got her order in one minute flat. My husband then became asirritated as I was after the special treatment white customers got over us a black family. By the way the cashier was black. Iapproached the cashier along with her manager is this the standard here, where we take our own order and others get their ordertaken by the cashier. They responded it is when they are busy but mind you they were not busy at all in the inside and there wasonly us and one to two customers who came in after us. She proceeds to say ?there is no discrepancy? where I?m sure she wasattempting to say we don?t discriminate here. However; the cameras in the building will show a different story.
