Went to get long waited zaxbys after hurricane Ian and pulled up to no one greeting at the window. Wait staff are nice enough but they never have anything on the menu. Today, they were out of chicken strips. I mean...WTH.... You're Zaxby's. How are you out of chicken strips? Your entire menu is chicken strips. Got substituted nuggets covered in somenasty barbeque sauce. Not good. Read more

I've been to this location many times since it opened. It's had ups and downs, but overall, the food has consistently won me... over. One time, they were low on staff and had to close the lobby, but still let me in to get my pickup order. Muchappreciated! Tonight, placed a mobile order and walked in a few minutes early to find it ready to go. Food was great, theyjust didn't give my wife the correct sauce. She was OK with the sauce they put in the bag though. Overall, the food has beenconsistently good at this location and that's what is the most important. Never had a bad meal to this date. You candefinitely find things to complain about if you want to look for them, but as long as you're flexible and understanding, youshould have a quality and good tasting meal here. Read more

We?ve eaten here a few times. We always get it to go. This time we ordered online and picked up our meal threw the drive thru.... Almost every single time we?ve eaten here some part of the order is wrong. Luckily the food is good so even if it?s wrong it?sstill good enough to eat. We got the family meal deal of 30 boneless wings, comes with two large fries and toast. We added friedpickles and an extra order of fries to the order. Ordering online made the meal perfect! Nothing was wrong with the orderitself. However all the chicken was super cold. Weird but the fries were hot. Pickles were warm too. Just the chicken was cold(30 seconds in microwave fixed that!).
