We absolutely love eating at Applebee's.. the food is always perfect. The servers are so attentive and fun! The server we had... today was so funny! Her name is Lynn. We brought our 2 month old daughter with us out to lunch and there was another lady therewith her 2 month old daughter and Lynn just brought the room to life and had guests interacting with each other. She made sureeveryone saw the babies and that everyone said bye when the babies left. It was so funny. She's quite the entertainer! We willalways request Lynn from now on as our server. Ordered here about an hour ago. I always check the food beforehand and I didn't have time because it was later than I expected... and I had to pick my son up from daycare. I got home and we were missing quesadillas, french fries and my fish was an absolutejoke. For $15.99 this is what you get. (Pic attached) I called the restaurant and they said they changed the fish and this iswhat you get now. The fish, chips for the spinach dip and the mozzarella sticks all tasted like bad grease. It was awful. I ateone bite of everything and threw it all out. My daughter said it tasted bad and ate cereal. Nice spending $60 to just turnaround and eat something else. Read more
We ordered car side to go, took the food home and 2 items were missing, my meal and a side , called the restaurant and the... woman who answered said "we can take it off your bill if you want ". No apology, I told her I wanted the items and will driveback for them and want to be compensated for their error, she said I would have to talk to a manager, (to bad Applebee'sdoesn't train their staff to handle these situations), when I spoke to the manager I said I understood if they were shorthanded, things can get forgotten but hoped the order would have been checked before pickup, he said they were fully staffed andthe order was supposed to be double checked. My bother, sister and I went for a late lunch. I had never been to an Applebees before. It happened to be 1/2 price happy hour.... I was truly amazed at the quantity and quality of the food we ordered. Read more
Our group of four came in at the very end of a LONG day, half an hour before closing, not sure if we would even get served.... Manager Christian made sure we sat right away, and server Lindsay was kind and attentive even at midnight. Great food, fantasticservice. You guys made our night! Read more
In our small town we don?t have all that many affordable options when it comes to dining out, that?s why I love Applebees!... Consistently good service, great food, great deals, I just love this place! Also, I just had a question so I called and spokewith Sarah, she had the absolute BEST personality!!
