I never had issues order from this place until the past 3 times I been there within a month or so. They made my rush in the... wrong size two times in a row I was there. I always order a 32oz BlackBerry cherry rush and 24oz a blue Hawaiian rush. SometimesI order hash browns. They gave me a 24oz in the blackberry cherry, which is kinda annoying but not the end of the world. ButThen this morning they made my blue Hawaiian. It?s PURPLE. The girl said it?s blue Hawaiian. This isn?t blue at all!! It tastelike sweet tart also she got it in the wrong size, this is 32 oz. I never had issues at other locations before. They also saidthey can?t make hash browns cause the oven is not warm enough? they been open for about an hour now. I will never be coming backto this location again. The girl that has black hair wearing a Spartans sweat shirt this morning, girl that was there clearlydon?t know what she is doing and is clearly color bind. I use to work in the food industry and I know sometimes you makemistakes and all but this is the third time in a row happening. Coffee is definitely a hit or miss. 3rd time I?ve got a large peppermint bark latte? and it?s the second time in a row that it?s... had no flavor at all!! The first one I tried was amazing which is why I ordered it again. Second time I just thought maybe theygave me the wrong order by mistake so I tried it a third time and it?s worse than the second time! Chances of me stopping in forcoffee again is not probable! Coffee is always good. Pastries are better than DD. Service great every AJs we have visited in town or out.
I absolutely love Aroma Joes, however I was traveling and stopped at this Aromas next to the Mardens in Sanford around 7:30pm on... July 26th and was disappointed in the customer service. The receipt had the name Sadie at the bottom and I found the service tobe unwelcoming. I also observed this same person to be treating one of her fellow coworkers unprofessionally in front of myselfand two other customers. I hope she may have just been having a bad day and that she attempts to improve. Read more
Best coffee EVER and the service is always wonderful!! There were only two times my coffee was either the wrong flavor or the... wrong size but they fixed it right away and were incredibly wonderful, apologetic, and kind about it. Aside from that, my coffeeis always made perfectly! Can't say enough good things about what they offer and the staff! :) HIGHLY recommend! Read more
Well, in case the owners and higher ups don't know, the staff at the Marden Sanford location are GREAT, I'm a regular as well as... Some of the girls in the afternoon/morning seem quite rude. If they smiled and didn't have a tone i would enjoy going there.... They treat there costmers with no respect and like we don't k ow anything. Two stars only because the drinks are greant and thepeople at night are really nice. Get rid of the girl with resting b**ch face. Read more
