I feel they should open the dining area, the other day went to order and was told area of closed , it wasn't from being short... staffed for there were at the least 7 employees working may have been more in the kitchen, but yet the drive through line staysblocking the highway for they can't figure how to operate the drive through. Oh and one cashier wanted to take my order if I wasn't dining in, but the manager said no because they would have to serve others. Every other business is open to the publicwhy not the Sanford kfc/taco bell? Oh and a good thing the food is great ! No issues there. All is just my opinion, don't knowwhat is going on behind the scenes. Read more

We ordered taco supremes from the drive thru but then discovered, after driving away, that there was no tomato or sour cream.

Super disappointed last night I waited in the drive thru for about 30min just for the workers to mess up my order I order 2... chicken chalupas I under up with beef chalupas that are super greasy. The I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders meal which thetenders tasted stale. I couldn't return because I had a sleeping child in my back seat, so needless to say I was out $20. Thelast time I ordered the chicken quesadilla no jalapeno sauce what did a get a quesadilla loaded with jalapenos. I'm done comingto this location. Read more

Terrible experience... went tonight at 8:30 PM did not even have enough chicken strips to fill two 5 piece orders. Lobby was... closed so drive through was out to the road. Waited 25 minutes to have half the order cancelled and the other half cold. Don'trecommend, will not be going back. Read more

Employees don't understand simple directions; I asked for two chicken littles plain and I received it smothered in mayo with two... limp pickles. Thankfully my child isn't allergic to eggs, vinegar, or cucumber. When I called to ask the manager what "plain"means to her, I got attitude and asked why I was talking to her that way. Normally, I wouldn't give this a second thoughtbecause I've worked in the Quick Service Restaurant business and I know it gets rough, but this is a continuous issue. At leastevery time I come here there's an issue with my order. If there was another location closer, I would go there. Read more

Took way too long (an hour) to even get to the speaker when I only had 4-5 people in front of me. Then when I got my food I was... missing over half of it. The workers were very nice though and did fix it. Read more

I have written WELL-DESERVED BAD REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE... BUT... WOW, well done... They have totally REDEEMED themselves!! Best... service and large meal order that was 100% correct~we've had there in a long while and 1st time there since they remodeled! Muchappreciated! Read more
