Today was our first time dining at this location. The staff were very attentive and kind, even gave us a shirley temple on the... house! We ordered wings, chicken & waffles, the mac and cheese burger, and the black and blue burger. They all tasted deliciousand didn?t take long for us to get them. They have a variety of games (billiards, corn hole, jenga) and tons of space to spreadout. Overall I?d recommend this place to my family and friends. Read more
For the first time being there, definitely felt like it was a run-of-the-mill place! There had to have been 40 patrons, mostly... pool players, and hardly anyone sitting at the bar and surrounding tables with only one bartender. This place was definitelyshort staffed. Bartender seemed okay. I just ordered only, a pizza. Took about an hour. I would like to hop in there when a liveband is playing and see if the service is the same or worse, being that they only had one person tending bar. Though I'm nottotally disappointed for my first time being there it look like a pretty cool place to hang out, hopefully I'm not wrong on thesecond time around. Pizza did seem okay as well ... You want bottom of the barrel service? Look no further. While seated at the bar area ordering drinks and food, this waitress... said to us that her attention will be? elsewhere? once it?s busy.. even before asking us what we would like for a drink..once wegot our drink it took roughly 25 minutes of waiting to place an order for an appetizer, and mind be hold, it wasn?t busyyet..she came over and took our order. Once we got our mozzarella sticks she slid them over to us and marched away.. another 25minutes later and 2 empty beer glasses we still were ignored while they continuously walked by us NOT taking orders from anyoneelse.. after we got their attention we got a pizza ordered. We were happy, knowing patience is key in this time and day.Waitress brought the pizza over and SLAMMED it down in front of us and left, I wanted another drink, and so did my husband? Wedidn?t get that, we didn?t get the chance to ask. This was the most hideous place of customer service I?ve ever experienced, andYES we are VERY patient knowing restaurants are suffering from COVID, but this, this was NO excuse to not even smile, orinteract with your customers.
