My wife and I drove by and saw the sign for "dine in" we immediately turned around and went in .... What a mistake...as we... entered the manager was apologizing to a customer for a wrong pizza, no biggie..things happen ..as we are waiting to be seatedwe watched the girl cooking drop the pizza on the floor...a few minutes later the manager says "if you want to eat in, you mustorder at the counter and wait on your self"..I understand that everyone is under staffed but why advertise that if you can't doit...we walked out...we got pizza across town and saved us the aggravation and 70.00$ we hoped for the best... unfortunately itwas a train wreck...!! I hardly ever order out. I really wanted a pizza hut pepperoni pizza, bread sticks with cheese & cinnamon sticks so I ordered a... dinner box. Contactless pick up, even left a tip. Announced my arrival, took the boxes home, grabbed a beer and opened the food.I got a thin crust supreme and buffalo wings, not quite what I ordered. I ate 3 wings and 2 pieces of pizza and threw the restout. Very disappointed. Read more
Ordered a couple stuffed crust pizzas, waited for them to be ready and then walked in to find out that I called their call... center and they never got the order and they don't do stuffed crust. Very dissatisfied and won't be back to this location. Read more
Made me drive down there to be told they couldn't make my order because they ran out of cheese. I was fine with the fact that... they ran out of cheese even though a Supermarket is right in front of them but when I said you could have called me to save methe trip down here the guy lied to me and said he did when he clearly didn't. Due to no staff you order at the counter and it's served packaged to go but you can eat it in the dinning room . Upon looking... around the tables still had Dios on them and were dirty. They'd be better to just offer pickup. In these days clean anddisinfected resting areas are not only important but essential. With the greatest love of pizza and the older of the restaurant chains. This visit was a let down... even though it wasn't busy... inside, the employees were very busy with the phones receiving other orders. Sometimes we have the offset days. And I get that.But hearing sorry for forgetting parts of orders for delivery and pickup and my order... it leaves me with the bitter feeling ofnot wanting to play the guess what we missed game.
