Taco Bell/KFC in Sanford, ME refuses to take a phone order. Rudest customer service phone call I've ever been involved... in.....AND I WORK IN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION KNOWN TO MAN. I will LITERALLY never cross the threshold of anotherKFC/Taco Bell restaurant for the rest of my life. If my contribution to their legacy is to close the Sanford, ME store, I'llconsider it a life accomplishment.
