Taco Bell/KFC in Sanford, ME refuses to take a phone order. Rudest customer service phone call I've ever been involved... in.....AND I WORK IN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION KNOWN TO MAN. I will LITERALLY never cross the threshold of anotherKFC/Taco Bell restaurant for the rest of my life. If my contribution to their legacy is to close the Sanford, ME store, I'llconsider it a life accomplishment. This is a HUGE thing, because since I work in such a MASSIVELY attacked position, it takes *ALOT* to get me riled up about customer service. workers clearly haven?t been educated on how to grill something properly, received my burrito ice cold. they know they are... suppose to leave on grill for 15 seconds. pure laziness - a former NY Taco Bell general manager. Read more

A perfectly fine fast food joint. They're struggling with the quesolupa though. 50% of the time it's over cooked and crunchy, no... gooey cheesiness. EVERYTHING else they do perfectly fine. Read more
