The Sanford location is not to be desired. Ordered a 6 piece nugget and a Frosty. After 20 minutes in the drive thru (only two... vehicles in front), I received 5 nuggets and no spoon. Had to go inside and wait an additional ten minutes. Counted at leastfive employees. Should have been more expedient flow. It appeared as if employees didn't want to work. Read more
This Wendy's restaurant only the drive-thru is open and the line is very long and it takes a long time to go through. They have... the doors locked to the inside they do not have enough employees to take care of the customers so they only have the drive-thruopen. They have no signs on the doors saying that the restaurant is closed so you end up going from one door to the next justchaos just poor management. Pay a wage that will attract good employees to stay and to tell others to come and work there. Read more

Seems the standard on food is low. I'm normally happy with this location. But when I get my little one apple bites that look... like this, I'm one unhappy mommy!
