This was very clean and fast drive-thur I've seen in a while. Order Taker was professional & asked if using an App. We did and... was easy to use. Great deals with App and you get free items each time you use the App. Received food fast and re-checked tomake sure was correct order. Loved our little Jack Russell, said no doggie treats, but offered a doggie cup full of whip creamfor her. So nice!! Just traveling to Beaverton, MI from Saginaw, MI. We'll stop again if heading up north again. ;) Read more

No pickles on our mcdoubles! I love pickles! But our fries were hot and service was fast considering it was pretty busy.

I just have to say, ordering via mobile ???? app, so many times my order is stone cold and the items way past their serve fresh... times..... BUT!! My order I just picked up from this location in Standish.....WOW! Not only were my nuggets fresh out of thefryer (without me having to ask!) but they also got my customizations on my big Mac right, without being a smart-alec about it(extra onion ???? & pickle). I also noticed that since I had to use the ladies ???? room before i went to the counter when Igot to the counter the manager was already checking ?? to see if "the person for that order" was there, as she was getting readyto put it in the warming tray. Just got denied a free meal coupon. Incompetent manager and drive thru worker. Told me it was for owners only. Yeah.... okay.... Inexperienced workers seem to stand around and watch, not offer customers the right advice if they aren't aware of something. A... customer tried to pay cash and order at the counter, they were told to go use the kiosk. McDonald's usually is glad to help youwith your order, and have the ability to, since the kiosk doesn't offer everything you could do in person, such assubstitutions. What she should of done, inform the customer that they're unable to take the order at the counter, but can stillpay cash by clicking the option on the kiosk. This caused the customer to be frustrated, and forced another person in theparty to use the app. This is not how it's supposed to be done, having experience in this business, it is disheartening to seethis generation like this. They gave us a number for our table but never delivered the food untill the fries were cold. I guess I should of listened for my... reciep number to be called like the folks doing take out. When the food finally came it was in a paper bag, with a quick sorryand the bag tossed on the table. Culver's they ain't... One good note they replaced the cold fries with fresh ones. Read more

Service is often slow. I always order the same thing and I am at less than 50% of the time getting the order correct. No onion,... no mustard should be fairly easy and yet it's not! Unfortunately most of the driveway workers don't seem to enjoy their job so,I try to be extra friendly! Most don't say please, thank you, have a nice day, nothing, they just look at you like you areinconveniencing them! Fries are often cold and half cooked and the sweet tea almost always tastes like coffee and tea mixedtogether. When asked if they used the same machine to brew tea, as coffee, they said no. Food and service not bad. Inside dining is straight disgusting. Tables are all dirty and trash over flowing onto tables.
