The subway in Sanford is ok felt like I was in line for awhile but everything was perfect. Nice job lady's.
Awesome staff do everything they can to do things that satisfies their customers needs.
Ordered sandwiches online and they were not only wrong but the sandwiches were horrible. $22.00 for a bunch of sauce on a bun.... One was to have been a chicken sandwich and one steak. They were both steak, no veggies to speak of and tons of sauce. I don'tthink the folks that made this would eat it so I'm curious as to why they served it. The employee forgot to heat up my chicken for my wrap. They don't have Caesar dressing any more and when my husband asked for... cucumbers we were told subway doesn't have those any more. I was also a bit uncomfortable with the employee tossing the knivestoward the sink behind him after he cut our sandwiches. Read more
The young man working on Monday 6/6/22, he mentioned he is a manager, did not get the name, is the kindest, most friendly and... helpful perosn i?ve ever met at a subway or any fast food. I hope this review reaches someone our some sort of power to get thisman a raise. Im a freshman and i came in with my mother. my mother and i were both blown away with how sweet and kinda he wasand making sure we had exactly the amount of onions and peppers we wanted well moving quickly and having the best conversation.He truly deserves something special and he is not someone worth valuing to say the least. i would also like to add we came in 5minutes before closing and this man still made our experience something very remembered and heart warming. We used to enjoy subs from this Subway. They don't deserve the one star I had to give in order to leave feedback. Be a bit more... friendly/welcoming to your customers. Don't make them feel like it's a burden to make them their sandwiches. Bread was oddlychewy, almost felt like it needed to bake longer. Will drive to Midland from now on! Read more
the workers were so so so friendly and fast. went in and there was quite a line but it moved very fast and i didn?t have to wait... more than 5 minutes. customer service was on point, clean but bathroom was out of order and unavailable to costumers even thoughthe sign on the door said it was under construction but still accessible. Never in my life will I ever get subway from Sanford, Michigan again. I have never had such an unpleasant experience, and when... I called to complain. The lady TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME. Not only did they have an attitude with me when I called before mydoordash driver arrived, but was also extremely rude to my doordash driver. Rude enough for my doordash driver to personallymessage me and let me know they were rude. When my doordash driver arrived, they told me they were not even busy, and juststanding around. I worked in the food industry for over three years, and I get that sometimes workers have a bad day, but thatis no way to treat ANYONE. I do not like being a ?Karen? but this was the rudest I?ve ever heard someone speak to anyone. Read more
