I normally love Buffalo Wild Wings but this experience I had tonight,changed that. We ( a party of 4) Had a server by the name... of Todd, Todd was down right rude, disrespectful and just could not care that we were there. Drinks took more that 15 minutes toget to us,when we ordered everyone had to repeat their order multiple times for him to understand what we were ordering. Thefood was okay at best but due to the service it was just bad. When it was time to pay we all paid individually, my self and thefriend sitting next to me paid first and it was smooth. The two friends sitting across put their cards on their bills but whenTodd picked them up he mixed the cards up (seemed to be a bit on purpose but I am not gonna say that it was) When the cards werereturned he got upset with the two friends across for moving the cards to the rightful owners. So with that we did not tip duehow rude this interaction went. Now to the bad... Todd followed us out to our car to ask us why we did not tip him, and itseemed like he was ready to fight us over this matter, we promptly got in the car and got out of there. Man we continue to come back to this location hoping that it will improve. But I guess some things will never change? This is... only store that I have had hostess tell me that it may take an hour and a half before we can get seated even though restaurantis practically empty. Always out of product, poorly staffed, poorly managed. I mean how does Buffalo Wild Wings have noWings!?!? Read more
The food wasn't completely terrible, but the service was, thus the 1 star rating. Walked in and listened to the hostess and 2... waitresses chit chat in front of us as they ignored us. I interrupted, gave the number in our party, she grabbed menus andstarted walking, never saying one word to us. No "hello," "how many," or even "follow me." We followed her anyway, she placedour menus on the table and walked away. Not one word the entire time. We ordered, my food was out in about 10 minutes, and myhusband's food arrived 20 minutes after. I was completely done eating by the time his food arrived. The waitress said it wasbecause his was cooked with fresh chicken. My meal had chicken as well, so was mine not fresh? It wasn't busy so thats noexcuse. There may have been 5 other people in the place. No silverware, no ketchup, but at least the waitress wasn't rude, likethe hostess. I don't expect much, but I at least expect to feel welcome in the place I plan to spend my hard earned money. Terrible service!! Terrible staff!! This place used to be fantastic, but since Covid it?s not what it was at all. The food is... delicious?when they eventually get it to you. But don?t count on getting silverware and definitely don?t count on refills. Thisreview mind you was from an evening meal with a family of 4 people n a NON GAME Night and was very quiet. I think our server hadmaybe two other tables. So takeout would probably be fine, but don?t waste your time with dining in here. I was so appalled atthe service I even had to say something to our waitress before we left and that is completely against my nature. I understandlike any job there are good days and bad but at least just get us silverware and maybe a refill on our sodas. I order here often, food is very good, service at front desk is always friendly and my orders are always ready at the given... time. My only problem is when ordering online very often almost nothing is available to order. I would say over half their menucan?t be ordered and I?ve called and they said they haven?t updated their site for inventory. So it?d be great if they couldresolve that. What a waste of money! Do not visit! The quality of food is terrible and the lack of customer service is awful. Called 45 mins... before I got there to place an order and when I got there they couldn?t find my order which I then had to wait even longer. Theyonly gave me 8 boneless wings and I ordered 10 and they were so tiny I wouldn?t even call them wings more like crumbs. The otherwings barely had any seasoning and were super dry and crusty. Food was okay, waiter got our order incorrect this time around but it wasn't a big deal. Nice ambiance.
