At lunchtime on a Saturday it seemed a little less organized than most Chick-fil-a restaurants. They forgot to bring our drinks.... I got the impression that some of the staff was fairly new and learning the routine to make things run smoothly. No problem withthe food taste or freshness. Read more

Came by to get a $4 burrito, no meat untill the very back!! Unacceptable has to be eatin lik a sandwich take it off the menu... if it cant b made right $10 wasted still have a. Chicken one left. Chic fil a is slacking not lik it used to be :( Read more
Unfortunately, not my favorite Chick-fil-A to go to. I usually end up having to wait extra time for something, even if everyone... is kind and apologetic. But the biggest hang-up and inefficiency is mobile ordering. It saves me no time to do a mobile order ifI still have to wait in the drive thru line? The parking system is so much more convenient for the customer. Disappointed thatisn?t an option at this location. Read more
I ordered a southwestern chicken salad. The salad was good however, the drive through was busy so it took longer on my food.... There was no one on the inside. When I got home and opened the container with my salad in it, there was a whole piece of chickenbreast laying on top. Whomever made the salad didn't cut the chicken, no big deal, I just cut it and ate it. The salad was stillgood. Read more
Fed up. I use the app which use to be an efficient way to get food. Not anymore. Multiple times I?ve waited 15-18 mins for... orders. Numerous times I?ve specified an unbuttered bun only to drive off and find my chicken sandwich in a bowl with no bread. Read more
I was really disappointed with my chicken sandwich.. it was dry (no sauce). The fries weren't crisp. The drive-thru ordering... process was great, except that there was no chance to see a menu. There was a long wait to receive our food, and then once wereceived it, we still had to wait another 10-15 minutes to leave because there is no lane to leave once you receive your order.I'm not inclined to go to that location ever again!
