Ordered on mobile the peppermint mocha I ed signature latte and they didn't put and peppermint in it at all. Tasted just like... the regular mocha. I was very disappointed because I have been waiting all year for this flavor. Read more

This Dunkin needs some serious help. You walk in the door, the chime goes off and nobody acknowledges you. The young lady and... her child in front of us were already standing there for a long time before we entered the store she said. 5 mins later theyoung man in a white shirt takes her order and is short with her the entire time. Then he takes our order we sit down to waitthinking she?s going to get her items first since she ordered before us, no. We get our items first and I feel so bad for theyoung lady and her child. Then our two large drinks aren?t even filled up the top. When I asked if there was a reason why shesaid that?s how it comes it?s pre measure ???? what? I ordered two large iced drinks and you fill them up halfway but stillcharge me for the large? I?d like the owner/manager to reach out to me. Unacceptable. I hope to god the other location bytramway isn?t owned by the same people. That?s a MUCH better locations. Everyone else take your business to the other locationoff of US-1. Quicker better service and your drinks will be filled up to the top. This store on Horner needs some seriousreworking. Read more

The people they had when they first opened was amazing but the crew they got now is trash they don't listen to your order it's... never right the wait is always a little n long they never make your stuff the way you ask I go out my to go to the one intramway cause it's never a problem my stuff is always right I'm tired of this one in Sanford Read more

Used the app to place my order, paid online with card, I go to pick up my order and they said they didn't have what I ordered.... So now I have to wait for my refund. IF ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN STORE, THE APP SHOULD STATE THAT. Read more

We walked in this time, instead of using my mobile app, so we could tell them in person that last week's order was not up to... Dunkin's usual quality. The clerk did not seem to care. We ordered 2 Iced Lattes, and one was good, and the other is almost allmilk. Not really enough espresso to color it. Now suspiciously we have a hole in the milky cup. Hummmm....Very disappointing. They kept messing up when taking our order. The girl was new (we assumed) and didn't know understand the register, which I get... and can forgive. But other employees still messed up. They burnt my sandwich and didn't toast my mom's avocado toast. We're theones inside at the time, so it being busy wasn't an excuse, especially with at least 3 employees. Way better tasting than starbucks, better prices and food options. The only negative feedback i have is the loud trap music.... Lyrics like "I don't wear no rubber..." ect... That messes up the atmosphere for me. So I just put my headphones in. Can't waitfor them to allow inside seating again! Also love the deal that allows cheap refills with their name brand insulated cups.That's better than starbucks too! Read more
