My burger was pink and the fries were not seasoned. Sanitation rating is 90.5, barely an A. The only good thing are the... servers, they were extremely kind and took the burger off of my bill even though I hadn't asked. Still do not recommend. Read more
Went in today a little after lunch time to pick up my husband and father in law some lunch , was greeted as soon as I walked in... ordered my food and drinks (still haven?t paid yet) I ordered myself a large lemonade with light ice. When I realized the otherdrinks were not large I asked the young teenage girl (Matti, just checked my receipt) if I could get all my drinks large sheproceeded to tell me that I only specified large on the lemonade (which was true) then I apologized and asked if the rest couldbe upgraded to Large also and she told me that she couldn?t because she had already poured them in the cups (medium) and shecouldn?t just get me a Large I asked if they had any Large cups left and she said yes so I asked her if she could just pour thedrinks into a Large cup (I?m gonna pay for it anyways) well her response was that she couldn?t because she couldn?t reuse thecups (obviously). (IF IM PAYING FOR IT PLEASE GIVE ME WHAT IM ASKING.) Eventually I asked to speak to a manager and she washesitant about it so I asked to just speak to ANYONE else so when I did the other worker told Miss Matti to give me a Largedrink well when I was gonna go to grab the pen from her to sign the receipt she (non aggressively) threw the pen on the counterI ignored her rude remark. After I got my food I kindly said ?Thank you so much!? Which she just turned her back to me and leftwithout asking if I needed anything else. Can we PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE teach these kids (and adults) on customer service skills! Everyone else was very friendly and the food was good but my service today was absolutely HORRIBLE. Read more
Went in, ordered take out like normal, and sat down to wait for our pick up. A few minutes later, an employee came to give us... our receipt and we continued waiting. 30 minutes later we walked up to pay and told them we haven't gotten our food yet. Theykept saying sorry and took our order again. After about 10 more minutes, we left and the best part is, half of our order waswrong. Completely and utterly incompetent. Just go to Wendy's across the street, you pay less for a better experience, youactually get the food you order, and it doesn't take an hour to get it. Read more

Throwback diner with tasty sandwiches. The atmosphere reminded me of a Johnny Rockets. This location was close so some friends... and I decided to give it a try. I got the Philly cheese steak sandwich which had some good flavor and a side of crispyfries. Food came quick and hot. Aside from the fun atmosphere and tasty food, the service was lacking. Our server may havebeen having an off day but she seemed like she didn't want to be there and we felt rushed to leave. We were thinking ofgrabbing a shake to-go and she came by asking to drop the check off. We ended up skipping the shakes and paid our tab. Coolplace overall! Read more
We came in for dinner. We seated ourselves as normal, we waited 15 mins after sitting down and no one even acknowledged us or... came to get our drink order after 2 other parties that came in after us had been waited on. We love coming to the restaurant andhave had amazing experiences otherwise but this encounter has swayed my view. Read more
