Were just leaving. They sent us to park with no explanation. We sat there watching 3 other people get their food. Come to find... out they needed to cook some popcorn chicken. I wish they had expressed that to us and when we complained about the wait therewas no apology or anything. Very frustrating. Read more
My wife went thru the drive thru and tried to order a two piece grilled tender box (which some KFC's serve). The lady responded... by saying we don't serve that which is fine. As my wife went to change her order the lady chirped over the loud speaker, "Thisis Kentucky FRIED Chicken." No need for that. No need for ignorance. Just wow. Cannot believe management let's that happen toguests. We will be visiting other establishments from now on. Which is a shame cuz we eat here about every other week. Read more
Customer service was great but why is half my chicken leg gone and the thigh is as small as a wing. I understand they can not... control the size but they could have thrown in another leg or something to accommodate for such small sizes Read more

I ordered online for a quick pick-up & go and was not happy with my service at all. It was a 6:30 pick up & I didn't get my food... until almost 7:00. Here are my issues: 1. They made me come inside so I had to stand in the line again after going through thedrive thru line. 2. Finally got to the front of the line inside and he says it isn't ready yet. 3. Then everybody else getstheir food & mine still isn't ready, at this point well past 6:30. 4. I go back up there to check and he says oh whoops Iforgot.... Not sure if I'll ever go back, but happy with my experience at all. Read more
Normally our family rarely eats fast food; however, while our kitchen was being renovated I picked up dinner here at least 1x a... week. Regarding the food quality, it is like every other KFC. It is greasy and mediocre, but relatively inexpensive and fast.One is not dining a KFC for excellent food, rather b/c of the convenience. Regarding this KFC, I always found the service to bequite good for a fast food restaurant. Staff was always polite, service was always quick, and they never made a mistake on anorder. TERRIBLE!!! ripped off. Ordered $20 fill up and was charged $26.74. Asked & confirmed twice that we wanted dark meat only and... asked to swap the coleslaw for an extra mash. Got home and found it was white meat and didn't have a coleslaw or mash potato.Opened up the bucket and the 4 biscuits were on top smashed flat unedible! It is a terrible place full of unsavory unkemptlooking employees. Young white kids that don't care about their jobs and certainly don't care about the food they are making.
