Second time in a row from Sarkus(Horner Blvd) that I have did an online order, only to get it home and its BURNT/BLACK/INEDIBLE.... First time was about a month ago. I figured they got a new cook, no biggie, accidents/ mistakes happen. Tonight's experiencetells me this is NOT a rarity for this establishment to serve food that should have been thrown out and prepared over. To beginwith I tried to just pull out the BURNT/BLACK pieces. Only to realize the food that wasn't burnt had big chunks of burnt flecksall over it as well. Truly sad part is whoever cooked this, HAD to have seen how burnt/black it was and they still served it.Never again will I waste $20 dollars nor a $1 here. Too many quick cook japanese restaurants in Sanford to waste your money andtime at this place! Read more
The cashier was nice. There was no ice for the drinks so that was a disappointment. There was a hair in my food so ?another... disappointment. The food was not what I consider hibachi at all. The carrots were good. I don?t plan on returning. Read more
Actually stopped by this restaurant today for the first time! Spoke with a lady at register asked questions about menu! I?m a... vegetarian so I asked if they had vegetables in fried rice! She assured me the rice had vegetables in it! Also ordered springrolls! Asked if either items had meat she assured me that they did not! Didn?t check my food until returning home! Plainrice loaded with shrimp ???? not a single vegetable ! The spring rolls were dripping with oil! Very unhealthy! Not at all thetype of food are customer service for me!
