My family has ordered food here multiple times. I?m not sure what has changed but the last 3 times our orders have been wrong... and this last time when we went back to have our food corrected they refused to do so. Weeat here 4 time's a week but not anymore foods getting outrageous in price and scallops they are using smaller ones then... cutting them in half and price on our two dishes has went from $24 to $36. crazy expensive. and not as good Read more

Second time in a row from Sarkus(Horner Blvd) that I have did an online order, only to get it home and its BURNT/BLACK/INEDIBLE.... First time was about a month ago. I figured they got a new cook, no biggie, accidents/ mistakes happen. Tonight's experiencetells me this is NOT a rarity for this establishment to serve food that should have been thrown out and prepared over. To beginwith I tried to just pull out the BURNT/BLACK pieces. Only to realize the food that wasn't burnt had big chunks of burnt flecksall over it as well. Truly sad part is whoever cooked this, HAD to have seen how burnt/black it was and they still served it.Never again will I waste $20 dollars nor a $1 here. Too many quick cook japanese restaurants in Sanford to waste your money andtime at this place! Read more

The cashier was nice. There was no ice for the drinks so that was a disappointment. There was a hair in my food so ?another... disappointment. The food was not what I consider hibachi at all. The carrots were good. I don?t plan on returning. Read more

Actually stopped by this restaurant today for the first time! Spoke with a lady at register asked questions about menu! I?m a... vegetarian so I asked if they had vegetables in fried rice! She assured me the rice had vegetables in it! Also ordered springrolls! Asked if either items had meat she assured me that they did not! Didn?t check my food until returning home! Plainrice loaded with shrimp ???? not a single vegetable ! The spring rolls were dripping with oil! Very unhealthy! Not at all thetype of food are customer service for me! Definitely will not return to this restaurant! Read more

Stopped in for take out this evening, and had the most lovely gentleman help me decide on my order. He was the kindest employee... and was incredibly helpful. He made sure no mushrooms were put in my food due to my allergy. The food was good but service wastop notch! That gentleman needs a raise! He even wished me a happy birthday. Being treated this way will ensure I?m a faithfulcustomer. Read more

This place is horrible! Got take out today, first clue should have been when I bit into the cold egg roll as soon as I got in... the car. I went back in & yes they did cook me more fresh ones., there were just ok. The steak & chicken were so over cooked,steak was like beef jerky. The fried rice is very bland. Don't waste your money!!!! This is what Hibatchi should be. Hibachi served with your choice of broccoli, mushrooms and sweet carrots. They also have... zucchini and onions. There yum sauce is absolutely delicious, there steak cuts are tender and flavorful, veggies are fresh andtasty and the rice was fresh and tender also. Restaurant was clean and fountain drinks and tea are available for refills. Pricesare par for the course. This is my new favorite quick bite / takeout place in this area for lunch / dinner.
