Today's visit was disappointing. Note to all, use the drive thru if you are on a time crunch. I was on lunch and it took 10... minutes before my order was taken at the drive up. It didn't take long after for my order to arrive. However the blasts weordered were 3/4 full and were not mixed properly. The mix-ins were on top, nothing on the bottom. Read more
Went there yesterday with my granddaughter for something cold to drink. Ordered a small root beer float and medium tea on the... app. Pulled in and notified them of the stall number. We waited about 5 min then my granddaughter had to use the restroom sowe moved down closer to where they are. I notified the "kitchen" of the new stall number and then waited another 10 min. Finally pressed red button until I got a response and told them the situation and they said they would pass it along to thecarhop. We waited even longer until I saw a carhop come out looking confused. I exited my car, grabbed the drinks off histray, and took the straws out of his hand. By far worst Sonic I've been to! The customer service was horrible and very rude. My fries were old, forgot parts of our order,... my kids chicken tenders were old and luke warm... literally the only thing good were the drinks and they gave us the wrongdrinks too we ordered cherry limeade and got strawberry limeade... Tried to use the drive-thru, the car in front of us was serviced immediately, we pulled up and waited five minutes and were... never acknowledged, not even a, "we'll be with you in a second" gave up and attempted to use the drive-in, waited some morewhile watching the car that had been behind us receive service as soon as they pulled up to the speaker. We were completelyignored. Went across the street and get Arby's in less than half the time we spent getting ignored at this Sonic, ridiculous! Read more
