We just got food from this location this evening around 8:50pm. No one in the drive thru, so it was quick service, and friendly.... However, ALL of our food was lukewarm, didn?t check it until a little ways down the road. You know if your cheese has t meltedin the chili after driving for 25 minutes , it was NOT HOT! I agreed to go to this one because I?ve been to the one in CameronNC, and too many issues there, will not return there. So tried Sanford, it used to be great! Not tonight! $30 for some foodthat?s been sitting all evening, fries are usually one of my favorites here, tasted old and chewy. Please fix whatever the issueis here. Forgot to mention, the guy at the window giving us the food was on his cell phone on a personal call wth ???? Really?!Is it too much to ask for people to actually do the job they?re being paid to do? I was waiting for 20 minutes in the line inside to be told the dining room is closed while serving other people. This is... ridiculous! As a courtesy for waisting my time, you could serve me for a to go order without telling me to go to drive throughor close that damn door. Lack of professionalism and customer service! Read more

This location has really gone down hill. I debated on writing this review but I hope it reaches someone that can make some... changes. On the occasion that we can actually get food, I will say the employees are friendly and the food is good. But, thelobby still isn?t open and nobody EVER answers the speaker during breakfast hours. Cars in the parking lot and all, one daythere was even an employee smoking out back by the speaker, but nobody took our order. Today it was that the system was downaround 10:40 and they couldn?t take any orders. With the lack of business it seems it would just be easier to close thislocation and open up something that?s worth spending money at! Read more
Great location. The food was good. Plenty of parking. Lot of stores around for food and shopping. Friendly staff. My only... complaint is they gave us unsweetened tea and that's not what was ordered. Pay attention to the order always. Read more

Honestly, where do I even start with this place? The staff here are all rude as ever and the food quality is terrible. It is... pretty clear that there is a management and culture issue at this Wendy?s. Every time I?ve come here I was met byrude/aggressive employees who make it seem like you?re a burden to them. To top it off, the food I order is never preparedcorrectly or is disgusting due to the cold fries and/or stale buns they like to use. Even the female manager uses an aggressivetone and is very snarky and rude. One time I came to the drive through at 9PM and she said they were closed even though it saystheir open until 1AM. When I asked why they were closed so early she yelled, ?I DON?T HAVE ANY STAFF SO I?M CLOSED!!? When Iwent to exit the parking lot I literally saw four employees outside by the door smoking cigarettes and looking at their phones.I?m able to look past one or two bad experiences at places I spend money at, but after all four of my experiences here beingbad, I simply decided to stop coming here. It is crystal clear that the folks running this Wendy?s could care less about theircustomers. If you are looking for a burger place specifically, there are many better options nearby. If you?re just hungry,there?s a Chick Fil A in the same parking lot and some other great options with good customer service. The Wendy?s in Lillingtonis so much better. Avoid the Sanford Wendy?s at all costs, unless you want rude customer service and disgusting food. Read more
