Drive thru employees when it?s around 830-9pm will purposefully ignore you until it?s closing time. If not that then they will... play extremely loud noises through the intercom until you leave. I understand coming right before closing around 935-940 and soon is super annoying but an hour and a half early?? They have children working at night and it?s absolutely ridiculous thatmanagement continues to let this happen. Read more

This is the worst Zaxby I have ever been to. I arrived there in the drive thru at 1050 and did not leave the drive thru until... 1130. When inquiring about what was taking so long the person states its only two ppl working. My cookies were hard food was notgood. They forgot my sauce and on top of that there sanitation score was a 90. This location need to be shut down. Read more

I came thru the drive through and asked for my wings to be crispy when I got them they weren?t crispy so I went inside to either... get a refund or allow them to make it over for me which ever was easier for them , soon as I got inside I got great hospitalitymy food remade and a refund for my issues . First time eating here in a while. The signature chicken sandwich and fries were just average at best. Not that big of a chicken... and both were just warm, which was a surprise since I had to wait. The best part was the H-C grape out of the machine. I gotfull. It's definitely gone downhill since they opened several years ago. Read more
