ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Worst taco bell in the nation in my opinion, and i bet a crew of blind people could do better. Food is... awful and supremely unfresh. Sodas are not soda at all!!!! The soda tastes like dish soap mixed with sugar...... plus theyharass me in the 2 minutes i stay for in the drive thru believe it or not. Orders are always wrong and they make every item soskimpy you would think its coming out their paychecks. PLEASE dont come here because ALL other taco bells are far better thanSangers. They are usually pretty good with making the food fresh but the last time I order two crunchy tacos they were really soggy and... gross really disappointing. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would, we did an online order ,got charged for food and but didn't receive any ! The kid working... the drive thru was rude and the manager was not helpful at all. Complaints were made and we're still waiting for a refund ! Read more
Food was good.. always a long line at this location... not sure as to why they are STILL only doing drive thru... they forgot... two of our orders but went up to the door and they kindly brought us our order .. but when they brought it to us and when we gothome it was the wrong order *face to palm* .. but its fine .. they gave us free twisters . Update - was informed the Mexican pizza is now discontinued again after a month really? My wife got one and it was as if it was... sitting in a hot tray and when we come back a few weeks later it's gone? You hire careless staff with attitude (samantha) andpoor food assembling skills. My daughter loves the nacho fries, this was two order of fries. As you can see they pretty much split up the order of one into... two. That pretty says it all about this restaurant. Can?t expect much but oh well just adding this to all the reviews of 1 starI would rather drive to Fresno if gas wasn?t so expensive Oh and the fries were cold. Persistent issues from missing items, incorrect items and item quality issues. Today two of my items came completely cold and in... the attached photo you can see how poorly the item was produced. Missing a hard taco that came with the combo and one of theother items having the wrong meat made for a very disappointing experience. I placed my order and had to wait between 15 to 20 minutes, brought me the order, she forgot my soda cup, I asked for it, she... handed medium cup quickly without any apology, I realize the cup medium I asked her if this large because I paid for large, shesaid we don?t have large right now if you want I can give you another one small I said I think I paid for larger, She said notto give me attitude ok !!!!!and turned to help someone, So in this point I carry my orders and I asked her to give me anothersmall cup she did , I ask to speak to manager, Manager came she said we don?t have large cups, and she manager to, and noapologies.
