Stopped in to get some chicken strip meals and they are completely out of French fries, they say they can give you onion rings... instead but then charge you for it! I asked if they could give an extra piece of chicken and was told no. I then went up tocollect the kids ice cream cones dipped in chocolate and they want to charge .70 cents to dip the kids cone I asked if theycould let it slide because of not being able to provide French fries for the meals and the manager Kendra said no they have tocharge it?s just how they do it! Definitely don't recommend this place. I ordered a number one and it was not even a burger to fill the bun. I waited ten minutes... for my food and I was the ONLY person in line.... Pretty ridiculous. The fires tasted stale and they were just re heated. Thedrink was just ice and a little soda. I'd suggest you go to subway, fuzzys or taco bell right there if you are in the area andlooking for a lunch spot. Read more
I went in to use the restroom and then get some food when the employee walked from the urinal straight back to work without... washing his hands. I came in tonight (6/7/2022) at about 8:30pm. Ordered a burger, fries and drink. After several other people ordered after me... and got their food, I went and asked about mine. They said they were making it. Another 10 minutes went by and they brought itout. A burger, fries and a box that contained chicken strips and fries. I didn't notice the box with the chicken strips until Ihad already started eating my burger and fries. I figured I would just throw it away. Just as I finished my meal, someonemust've inquired about their chicken strips. The kid came out to my table, told me he made a mistake, took the box and gave itto another customer.... after it had already been sitting on my table for probably 10 minutes. That's just nasty. Not all Tacos are created equally! I went to get a few tacos for taco Tuesday. The one by my house in Highland Village has never... let me down. This one did. Tacos are $1.00, great deal. So it was about 3 on a Saturday I order a #1 and a sweet tea. I literally live right across from dq. So the food was not at all... in the bag in my possession long. The bread was Stell the meat was hard the burger was not even wrapped in the paper right theFry's were hard. None of the food that I had was actually made I think it was all previously made because even the bag tarnishedthe bag was all crumbly. Because when I got inside and opened it up and put it on a plate everything was completely cold and Ialready know the circumstance of what they do is they just pop it on a grill which is unsanitary and the health department willbe finding out giving old orders that have been touched to another person.
