Since the pandemic this Fuzzy's in Sanger has been awful. You barely get any food and the service takes forever. Management... better step up because Taco bell provides more food and better service than Fuzzy's which is usually my favorite place to go. Read more
So, my fiance and I went to this location in Sanger the other day to order food, and the cashier behind the counter seemed like... she wasn't paying attention to what we were ordering and when we tried to conversate she didn't seem interested (we are the kindof couple that likes to conversate to be respectful towards the workers), the bathroom there was disgusting and smelt like ithasn't been clean in over a week. The table we sat at was clear but it wasn't wiped down. The condiments by the soda machinewasn't organized at all it was a mess. My lemonade and my fiances drinks were flat. When we went in they weren't even that busythere were two couples in there already eating their food and like one to-go order. Not to mention my fiances food was cold, andthe fajita meat in my quesadillas were too chewy. We will not be coming to this location again. Read more
This Fuzzy?s used to be good, but once the pandemic hit they went downhill and never got better. The food seems like it came out... of a microwave and is always cold and orders are wrong all the time. Disappointed in how management handles situations and thecashiers have no idea how to speak to people. Needs a change in management. Would rather get frozen tacos from the freezersection at Walmart than go back to this location. Read more
Placed an online order thru the Fuzzy?s app, and selected the ?delivery? option and paid 7.99 for delivery only to find out they... don?t deliver. No biggie, just refund my 7.99 and I?ll go pick it up, right? Nope. Arrived and the manager said there wasnothing he could do and I needed to contact corporate. I contacted corporate and they said ?if you have any issues with youronline order, please contact the store ? Alright fine, I lost 8 bucks? get home, and my order is completely wrong. On top ofthat, my avocados were dark brown, the shrimp tasted fishy and left out, and my other tacos had maybe a pinch of meat. I triedto explain it to the girl at the front desk, and it was like talking to a deer in headlights. She told me to contact Uber ordoor dash, I explained I paid for delivery thru the Fuzzy?s app, and she says ?well we don?t deliver? and she just didn?t seemto understand and just stared at me.. I love Fuzzy?s, and I don?t think I?ve ever gone full Karen and left a review like thisEVER but this store is a joke. All that needed to be done was cancel the order and replace it without a delivery charge. Guessthat was too hard for them. I told them it?s their responsibility to co tact corporate and remove the delivery option from theapp, or contact the customer and inform them they don?t deliver. Stopped by this location on my way to Oklahoma. Very disappointed Not only was my taco messy full of sour cream everywhere, the... hamburger meat was COLD. I wish I could turn around and get my refund. Also the Queso wasn?t hot! I?m sure it had the same COLDhamburger meat in it as the cold ground beef taco. Whew I?m mad I wasted my money. Like it wasn?t like Luke warm,it was COLDlike freshly pulled out the refrigerator!! Definitely will be calling HQ tomorrow when they open. I wish I could give them 0more stars. They are good, but this last time they was really bad, starting we wait more and that?s okay but also the cheese sauce was... basically water plus we miss some items, they give us the same tortilla when we order different ones the food was cold? Read more

The food was good. I can't complain about that, but while we were praying over our food, a worker came over and just started... moving the large metal table around and it was LOUD! It only takes a minute to pray, but he just couldn't wait. Read more
