Well - the drink was ok. But I guess it was my mistake to order an airport salad. It came with chicken that was barely... microwaved let alone cooked. I should have been suspicious when it came out of the kitchen in just over 5 minutes. The salad wassoggy from dressing. The chicken wasn?t even rubbery. I ate 3 bites before removing all the chicken and just eating the salad ,which was $18. Again , I realize I should have just ordered pizza. They're fairly strict about seating given it's an airport restaurant. It's a "seat yourself" location but don't try to sit if... you've ordered anything "to go", even at the bar. I usually order my items "to go" because I need to be quick. I would stillhave tipped if I was sitting in an area where service was available. Instead I got to stand outside the restaurant, in thepathway of other travelers to wait for my order, and eat it at my gate. Not a great experience. Read more
One star for service! Extremely poor customer service, especially Christina the cashier at the time. Simply asked for a bag to... go and I was instructed to wait while she counted change from her personal change pouch. Did I mention the bags were under anarms reach from her? It would have taken a hair of a second for her to hand over a bag. What is happening to customerservice?!? I had to call a young man that was in the middle of arranging orders to stop what he was doing while she countedher change. At least the young man was nice enough to oblige. Took him no time to simply had me a bag. Christina needscustomer service training or she needs to remove herself or be removed from a customer service environment. Went and Sat down in dining area with a cup of coffee. I had a menu in front of me, which I had reviewed while waiting for the... waitress for 10 min. When she finally made it to my table she was extremely rude and stated ? what can I get you?. I said I wasgonna drink my coffee, and I took a sip. Before I could speak to order she rudely said that this dining room was only forCalifornia Pizza Kitchen and stated rudely that I had to leave ?NOW?. I quietly left feeling humiliated. This place isdefinitely a ?CALIFORNIA? pizza kitchen. I will never eat at this franchise ever again. I will go out of my way to inform asmany people as I can about my experience. Ended up trying the sandwich due to not wanting to house a pizza before my flight. Service and food were okay. The sandwich... lacked having enough meat and is served with lays potato chips. Read more
If you?re stuck on a layover, this place was really good for my go-to food. I didn?t go crazy with the various pizza options. I... just went with a simple magherita pizza. The service was great. This is a great place to just sit and wait for the next flight. Read more
