Good burgers but the prices are ridiculous. So it's super rare when I go. oh and I miss the chilli cheese fries! Bring them back

I hardly ever have a good experience here and I work across from them. Food arrives late and is greatly overpriced. $3.99 for a... simple Spicy chicken sandwich. There's times where I'll waste my entire lunch (or break) just waiting. Do yourself a favor andgo somewhere else. Read more
This is the worst Carl?s in the area. Not only did they give me BURNT to the crisp chicken strips to the point where it had to... be on purpose ( I mean look at how dark and burnt they are) they sent the order missing 4/10 items. It?s obvious they don?t careand I wouldn?t expect them to, but the owner should be embarrassed at the poor quality and service at this franchise. Ordered a monster biscuit got a one half sour dough one half burger bun sausage egg and cheese something Frankenstein cold in... the center. There were only two us in the drive-thru when I ordered and I didn't have time to go back so I tried to eat it butthe hamburger side was stale and the sausage was still cold in the center. I can't say I won't go back, this will be another oneof those locations I'll need to dig through the order. I hope this was an absent minded mistake and not intentional. Read more
