Bought a superstar, no cheese, through the drive-through. Went home, they put cheese on it! I called ant the person who answered... was like, sorry there's nothing we can do. I asked for the manager and she responded with she'll just say the same thing, andthen hung up. Went online to complain, a person responded a week later with a we'll send you some coupons and get in touch withthe store. So far, nothing. Extremely disappointed! Will not return. Read more

Carl's Jr has gone downhill from what it was when I was a young man. Considering the prices are high the burgers are mediocre.... Now now to be realistic considering three guys or is it three brothers charge $11 for a hamburger I guess you could say it's apretty good purchase. Read more

Seriously? The burgers were smothered in mustard and ketchup. The yellow on the top is the bun. The lettuce is drowning in... mustard that you can't even see it. Both burgers were that way. We asked for a refund and left. Horrible customer service. Idon't recommend this place. Read more
I prefer to do my take out at this very location! I notice the staff are far more respectful than at the other Carl's Jr... restaurant which is about 2 miles north! Anyway, even doing my order, I'm not hassled or get some staff with an attitude! Theyare in fact, very friendly and even if they made an error and I take notice of that, I don't have any issues taking it back forthem to correct their error! I will most definitely be driving alittle out of my way to order burgers and fries because oftheir far better service and attitude! And much better food qualities! The one located on Harbor and Lilac is ancient history! Read more
