This place seems to always be understaffed. This is the closest location to me so when the kids want to have Carl's Jr. This is... the location we go to. It's not to often we go here and most of the time we get this we go through drive thru. I know they areon a timer as I'm always asked to reverse my car and come back forward to window, move up from drive thru window or park onstall 1 or 2 to wait for my food. Aside from this fact I've gotten the wrong order of have had a missing item from my orderoften. Unfortunately for me like my kids I like their fried zucchinis and fry's. Read more
Food was ok. Not prepped to par. Fries were Luke warm not hot. The restaurant was clean, yet the floor was so sticky my shoes... came to a complete stop twice.. It das crazy. Read more
I highly recommend to either double check your food or avoid this Carl's Jr for good. I am very disappointed of this Carl's Jr. ... Literally the worst Carl's Jr so far that I have been to. Nice place, horrible service. I ordered a barbeque chicken sandwichwithout barbeque sauce and I took a bite and discovered that there was barbeque sauce. I asked if they can redo my order becauseI don't really like their barbeque sauce. They redid my order but the chicken was somewhat raw. I had to go to the hospitalbecause I got pretty sick after that ????. As mentioned a few times on the ratings here, all the employees do is mess around.Like they for real need to pay attention more and take their job serious :( Read more
These two people in the photo just spend their time playing and talking to each other. My order took more than 15 minutes to be... ready due to the ineffectiveness of these two employees. My order was as simple as 10 nuggets, large fries and a shake. Themanager or manager of this place should hire people who work not who are playing. Read more
Something spilled on the floor and its was poorly cleaned up. They mopped and put 2 signs up. But when it came back they never... clean it up again. They were not That busy and they decided to clean the drinking fountain area instead. The employees werewalking in and out of the kids area and just walking over the spill. With kids around they didn't clean it up. I was there foran hour and it was still there even after i left. What a joke. As you can see in then pic it was right in the entrance of theplay area.
