Today I went to buy only 2 things, a salad and some chicken nuggets for my grandson, at the drive thru. First, THEY DON'T GIVE... ME THE CHICKEN NUGGETS, I have to get out, park and run to ask for them, I'm leaving when I decide to eat my salad they didn'tgive me a fork, AND JUST LIKE THIS I HAVE SEVERAL STORIES AND FROM NOW ON I'M GOING TO SHARE THEM. I own a business near this location. Myself and my staff eat here regularly. The last time I ate here I was nearly finished with... my salad and had a funky taste from the bite I had just taken. I spit it out and saw what appeared to be parts of a bug (smashedbody and legs). I then started forking through the remaining salad and found another bug. I actually puked next then called thenumber on the receipt about 5 times. Never answered once. I drove over there and one of the employees sent a manager out. I gaveher the salad with chewed up bug and full bug in it. She said she was going to get with the kitchen staff and address it. Shesaid she would call me once they figured out how to make this right. It has been about two week and they never called. One bugand its probably a mistake two and it seems intentional. I have included pictures of the unlucky bug and the receipt. Click onthe photos near my user name and see. UPDATE: The manager surprisingly call me the day I posted this!!! She apologized that shehad forgot to call and offered me a bunch of free food tickets. She also said they had an ongoing problem with and were aware ofthe bug in the produce and have changed suppliers since my incident.
