Breakfast was good, the choconana pancakes were delicious.
My boss, and 3 coworkers went to breakfast there today and I really wanted to leave a review for Aileen! She went above and... beyond for us, and she was always on top of everything regardless of how busy they were! The manager needs some sensitivitytraining when it comes to addressing her team for assistance with something she doesn?t understand, but Aileen was hands downgreat! Thank you again Aileen! We went to Denny?s this morning and had an amazing young lady named Aileen as our waitress. She was hands down incredible! She... was very attentive, genuine, and was obvious that she cared about her position. Greeted with a smile, got all our orderscorrect, and was very helpful when it came to ordering and made sure we got the best add ins with our meals. I?ll definitely begoing back to request her service again! I will state that when we were leaving and ready to pay at the front, it was bothersomeas we listened to the way the manager on shift spoke to her team. The manager would get overwhelmed and yelled for Aileen tocome ?fix this mess? as she waved her arms up in frustration because she didn?t know how to split the tab herself. Aileenquickly jumped in and I even left an extra bit of a tip for her after seeing that. As someone that has many years of managerialexperience, the manager could do better and be better for her TEAM. And again thank you Aileen for the amazing service youprovided today! It was pretty quiet for a Saturday so we got seated right away which was very nice. We got the food within 8-10 mins from... ordering. My boyfriend and I really loved the food and were full by the end. The staff were nice and very accommodating. Read more
Came here with my niece who wanted to try Denny's for the first time with my elderly mother who is allergic to eggs and wheat.... Yes, I thought it was impossible as well but fortunately the waittress was very helpful and gave us an allergen pamphlet! Shewas very understanding and helpful which kept my mother comfortable. My mom had the hash browns, bacon and steak. Wish they hadsome allergen free options for their pancakes as I know she would have loved to be able to have those. My niece just ate andliked everything. So did I, except for my sunnyside up egg was still too raw it could have stayed on the stove longer. Eitherwaybwe enjoyed our meal here and as I wasn't sure how tipping was distributed here also, I tipped some in cash and some throughmy card. Read more
