I just received my order via delivery, I ordered because me and my husband were hungry and know that not many places will... delivery late. I opened the box and started eating my slices right away, my husband pointed out that the slices I have nottouched had long hair strands on the pizza. I tried to call the store to notify them about 6 times and their phone lines gostraight to disconnect. I am completely disgusted and 100% unsatisfied. Read more
Didn?t receive my order and no way to call store because they hang up on you automatically after the greeting. Had to call my... credit card company to file a dispute and he was hung up on when he called to verify. Had to write a corporate complaint andhaven?t heard back so no refund and no food delivered. I placed an order through the system at 7:30, my tracker indicated that the pizza had been delivered at 8:20. I called the store... several times and there was no answer. My husband and I waited til 9pm, for a call or delivery and nothing was done. We droveto the store to clear up the misunderstanding and at this point for the order to be canceled. In fact my husband requested tospeak to the manager to make a formal complaint on the lack of customer service we received throughout this process. It was sofrustrating not to be able to speak to anyone thinking that our pizza had been delivered elsewhere. We would?ve understood ifthey would?ve told us the actual time of delivery was not accurate but instead they proceeded to call the driver and made surethe pizza were not delivered since we were canceling! It was very unprofessional and they showed no care for the customer atall. The manager never came out because he/ she was too busy in the back and instead a young lady proceeded to tell my husbandthat they were short on staff and that deliveries were taking 2-3 hours! Had we known this from the start and there was actualcommunication with us either in a text, call or in the system, we would?ve understood and picked up the pizza ourselves, weended coming all the way over anyway! This store is incompetent, and very unprofessional. Please train your staff correctly andmake sure you have the right staff communicating with the customers. Not going to order Domino's anymore sadly very low toppings for large pizzas we asked for extra pepperoni as a second topping... and the results were nonsense compared to our friends regular pepperoni pizza. I'm done ordering 4rm dominos. Read more
Dominos doesn?t pay their employees anywhere near enough money for them to actually pay attention to the details of your order.... It is no fault of the employees. It?s how dominos is structured and why they have such a high turnover rate for employees.Dominos tends to be very busy and one problem in particular that always seems to happen. The garlic sauce they apply to thebread twists and crust gets WAYYY over applied and ends up soaking through the cardboard box and spilling everywhere the boxgoes. Also don?t ever bother making cooking instructions like ?well done? or light oil. Read more
