These guys are by far the best. They go beyond the call of duty. There was virtually no wait time give all these guys a raise.
Asked for half pineapple, half veggies on the other half. Instead they gave us only 3 slices with veggies, 3 pineapple slices,... and 2 that were basically just cheese. The pizza wasnt even fully covered with the toppings. They sloppily put the pizzatogether. Wow still bad. And the manager Carlos is rude. And lies. He stated I was cursing but reality of it is he knows the food sent to... homrs is cold, not even cooked threw and cold. Lied to said I cursed at him but he didn't want to give me back my refund. Andhung up on me.multiple times. What kind of CSR or manager as ys according. This company standards are very poor. The people that answer phones need training in customer service. They need to learn customer service badly. Especially the guy... that was working on Jan 3rd around 3:30 to 4:00. Placed me on hold without telling me. I called back and was hung up on. Unfortunately, I will never order from here again...1st and last. Read more
This store will turn off the Carside delivery timer before they actually deliver your pizza to your car so that you won't... qualify for a free pizza if delivered under 2mins. Both times I picked up from here they did that and both times the pizza wasgiven to me well over 2 minutes. SMH Read more
They just don?t care. I called to see after an hour of my order saying still prepping in app status and he?s like ok yeah well... it?s a 2 hour wait oh well nothing I can do about that but if I had known that I wouldn?t have ordered and the app gives you noindication of an estimated delivery time ... it would?ve been nice for him to pretend like he cared I guess but his demeanor onthe phone was so unprofessional. I placed an order last night and waited in my living room. Nobody knocks nobody rings the bell but I get a notification that my... food has been delivered. I try and call to see where my food is and the first time I called someone answered the phone and hungup on me. The second time I called I had to cut off the person before they hung up on me and explained the situation. She thentold me I would have to wait an hour and a half for the driver to come back and I should just cancel order. I told her I could come and pi k it up and she said I would have to wait for the driver to get back to their location which would still take anhour and a half. I told her I would wait because I was hungry and didn't have anything to eat at home. Two hours later I stillhad no food but I was charged for the pizza. When I called this morning to get a refund I was told the manager would not be inuntil tomorrow. If you want food and to not waste your money go anywhere elsewhere. Read more
