This Pollo Loco has VERY RUDE workers. Recently I went to Pollo Loco with my Husband and daughter. While my husband was taking... our order through drive through the cashier worker named ?Luis? was very disrespectful. He had no manners whatsoever. He had nopatience and was getting disrespectful with my husband. He didn?t give us our complete order and no receipt. I?m truly upsetwith this cashier worker. This is not the first time. Went to drive threw and ordered a double tostada salad with no rice half chicken meal legs and thighs with a side salad and... mash paid and made me park in curbside, waited 10 mins and employe brought my food and was missing one drink he had to go backand get my other drink and also asked him for extra dressing at the drive threw window and when he took my order told me he putit in the bag got home to 1 dressing only for my side salad me my tostada and with one pico and avocado salsa. Sadly this is theonly close by pollo loco and every time I come here same problem always and employees at drive threw with bad attitude and rushus to get out of drive threw. I get your time goes up but if you guys would do it right the first time there wouldn?t be aproblem and trust me I know I would work at pollo loco before and we wouldn?t have this problem with a good team. This is absolutely ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line for an original pollo bowl but received this mediocre... bowl with very few pieces of chicken. WHAT were they doing in there, what took them so long. The cook definitely wasn?tpreparing or checking my order to ensure customer satisfaction. With ONLY 2 people in the drive thru and it wasn?t busy insideeither. This is completely unacceptable. I will be returning tomorrow and requesting a refund. Areli was VERY nice.
