The tostada salad could have been better, not what I thought. Staff was pleasant and professional.
WORST PLACE TO EAT.. THE OLDER WORKERS THERE ARE TO SLOW.. PLUS THEY OPEN LIKE 2 HOW LATER AND CLOSE AN HOUR EARLY.. TRY TO CALL... TO FIND OUT AND THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER.. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DO THEY RUN THERE.. OBVIOUSLY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT QUICKLY.. LASTNIGHT THEY HAD CLOSED AT 830 I TRIED TO GO IN SAID CLOSED BUT HAD WORKERS ALL BUNDLED UP N THE KITCHEN, AND THEY DNT CLOSE TILL9:30PM. WHAT'S UP WIT THT.. I'M LIKE HOURS SAY 930PM NOT 830.. Horrible customer service!! Employee was very rude and rolled her eyes multiple times . Employee didn?t acknowledge us and she... took out card reader just assuming that we?d pay in card instead of asking when I had my phone out for pollo loco rewards to bescanned and that?s when she rolled her eyes the first time ,it?s not my fault she started assuming instead of beingprofessional. Very clean place, good service, they have very good customer service, the staff is friendly, there is a lot variety of hot... food, and a nice and friendly space for eating. And they have an open space for eating outside. I will definitely and highlyrecommend this place and of course I will be back again, I had a very great experience at this place. If you are planning to goto eat out this is a very good place, stop by and you will be happy I am pretty sure of that. Read more
El Pollo should be ashamed to serve this! I pulled this non edible ?stuff? out of the chicken salad; it?s the worst & least... nutritional part of lettuce; only a few pieces of green in the whole salad!! This is what we normally throw in the trash!!Horrible?. Read more
Today I ordered the 3 Tacos Al Carbon with a large side of Spanish Rice. First he didn't ask if I wanted the combo or just the... tacos. Then I didn't get any utensils (I had to use my own fork) or salsa of any kind I wasn't asked. The worst was finding therice at the bottom of the cup dry, hard and over cooked. It was mixed in with the other rice that wasn't bad. If there is a nexttime...I'll have to make sure everything is in the bag and the food looks edible. Not good for you El Pollo Loco. Website offers biscuits and gravy on the menu - that was to be my breakfast. They did not offer this when I got there -... disappointed! Ordered their breakfast special at this time and it was fine -but not what I was there for. Read more
