Ordered a taco salad in the drive-thur during my lunch break. I didn't receive a fork nor did I get any napkins. This is super... frustrating!!! I had to stop and buy a fork at the dollar store. When I called to let them know they just let the phone ring for30 mins. I'm in disbelief. This is the most frustrating thing to happen while on lunch. Please remember to give utensils toorders that need them. Everything is expensive now a days my order tasted horribleand i had to pay a extra 1.25 for a fork.This was a waste of money and time for me!!!! Read more

Worst customer service experience that I have ever had. Pull up to the drive thru so I can pick up my order and I get told I... need to wait after I only said how are you. And when I finally get the guy back after 10 minutes he's rude and tells me That myorder isn't in the system and I have to pay again if I want food if not I'm gonna have to come back later.. I asked him whywould I have to pay for another meal if I have the confirmation number and it says it's supposed to be ready right now. Thenanother employee hopped on the Mike and said because that's what he said you could either do it or you can leave. A few minuteslater she comes back on and says oh we finally have it now you can pull forward. I pull forward I pull forward they take another5 minutes to finally give me my food and not even all of my order. And as I'm calling out to get the rest of my order they justignore me till I finally honk my horn. Read more

I ordered my food online and was delivered to my home. I noticed right away that the big bag of chips was almost empty. I... immediately called el pollo loco, Ashley (store manager) expressed her apology and for the inconvenience she would give me a$25.00 credit for my next visit. Of course on my next visit I try to use my credit and Ashley denied ever offering me thecredit.it is so unprofessional for a manager to promise something and then deny it. I came to this place and the manager Noe is kinda mean, he isn't polite at all. This time I came inside as the last time I was... missing items in my order, I told him that I was told to get something to replace on my next visit( as it was this time) and hejust continued asking for the rest of my order. I gave 1 review but changed to 2 for lashley she deserves the 5 stars. I bought2 orders one the chicken was warm and was good, the other one was cold, seriously that manager should be in the back where heshouldn't be in contact with customers. Very dissatisfied.
