So I drive up to the drive-through, and seconds later, a police car and a firetruck with their sirens drive in. Looks like a... guy was passed out next to Jack and needed help. Don't get me wrong, the guy needed help, and employees called 911. Good job,but did all the Jack employees need to be out there? Emergency response we're there taking care of the guy. They all didn'tneed to be out there. There were at least 5 cars in the drive-through for at least 25 min. and they didn't seem to care, so weall drove away. Today 10/15/2022 Saturday, I am order 3 jumbo jack, one with no cheese all regular no jumbo, then she make jumbo then i told her... is not jumbo all regular no jumbo then the cashier girl talk with no respect to me said my words is not in Vocabulary. I hopenext times won't happened again. Read more
Totally ruined Jack n the box. Onion rings were either over cooked or under cooked. Gave up after 3 times.

Pancakes were super dry even with syrup and butter. The tacos were really greasy, and the nuggets were so soggy too. I ordered... ahead on the app but still had to wait an extra 5 minutes off to the side, not sure why since all the food was cold when theygave it to me. Read more

Great clean place with good service. The food is always hot and the service is professional.
