Every time I use the drive through, I?m asked to reverse my car and wait to pull forward until my order is ready (to confuse... their timer). I don?t mind this, but do you really need me to do this every single time? Today, after doing this for theemployee, I asked for one ranch and was told I would have to pay an extra quarter. I can?t get a free ounce of ranch on a $20order? I ordered no mayo on my burger and I didn?t save a quarter?! This location is also constantly running out of things. Iwon?t be coming back. Read more
This place is around the corner from my house. (Only reason I keep going there) every time someone is rude, they charge extra... for sauce, they always run out of something. Won?t take a $50 bill for a $20 order saying ?we don?t have change? bs. How does abig chain restaurant not have $30 in change? They are always acting as we are doing them a favor getting food there. This is the best Jack in the Box in Santa Ana (food quality wise) so we come here often as a family of 8. These trips costs us a... minimum of $100 each. All 6 kids order chicken strips. It's frustrating that on top of paying for the outrageously expensivefood we have to pay 27 cents per sauce. Take a lesson from Chick-fil-A and take care of your customers when it comes to saucesthat have no value to your operating costs. Do better. Read more

Went in around 12pm noon. I asked for taco sauce and the manager just pointed at the bin and gave me a condescending look. No... words nothing. Very disrespectful. Won't be back rather go to mc Donald's or Mexican food.. better service. Read more
