I asked for a large iced Thai tea w light ice and this is how they gave me the drink. The girl said this is how they serve with... light ice. Went to the one in LB. Was great. Not so much for the Santa Ana location. Cashier was obviously sick. Playing on his phone.... Couldn't speak English. Was coughing. Health department is going to pay you a visit. Had masks for customers but not employees. Read more
Very disappointed I drove from Irvine to this location for nothing. I requested a vegetarian sandwich since I'm allergic to pork... and guess what I got??? Yes I got a pork sandwich. I wonder who got mine. In addition waiting period is too long compared toother locations. Worst part was I saw some employees taking in Vietnamese I wonder what the found I hope it was not a mouse butit was very obvious that they were trying to get it. Not coming back ever. Read more
I have been going here a couple times a week since I first tried them. In the past few months, the quality has been falling... steadily and the amount of meat in the sandwiches has been reduced. Today I got a grilled pork sandwich that had about 1/4 themeat compared to a few months ago and a bacon egg sandwich that was missing the bacon. I used to LOVE this place and recommendit to everyone... today, they lost a loyal customer. Read more
Really disappointed. I ordered a turkey club croissant sandwich to go. When I got home the sandwich had no bacon and there was... barely any turkey. I practically got a lettuce, cheese and tomato sandwich. The guy making the sandwich took a long time to makeit and the sandwich was wrong. I don?t think I will be coming back. Their sandwiches are great! Never had a bad one, my ultimate fave is No.6, BBQ pork, so good. I always grab a bag of their... toasted baguette crisp butter cream too, it's so good it's dangerous. Employees are always nice which is definitely a plus! Read more
First time trying Lee Sandwich at this location but will never go back again. The manager Oscar needs to fix his anger... personality and horrible attitude to fit his position in customer services. I did not expected the best customer services fromfast food restaurant but at least the manager should have a standard level of customer service instead of argue and fight withcustomers all the time. He s not qualified to be working with customers at the front because his personality is very toxic, hewill push all the customers away! He should be working in the kitchen instead if he hates to be friendly with people. Read more
