They absolutely killed McDonald's... This new ordering system is a disaster to people like myself middle-aged professionals.... This is the second time that it take me over 15 minutes to figure out how to place a simple chicken sandwich order and at theend the machine had no paper so I couldn't print the order or pay for it meanwhile a bunch of people are standing there waitingfor their orders what happened to good old walk up to the counter pick up a Big Mac and go sit down this looks like a busstation dinner a healthy bustling McDonald's where kids run around and play and and the food is delicious I ended up leavingwithout even picking up my sandwich because nobody could figure out my order and I got tired of waiting Read more
Drove through at 10:45 to get breakfast sandwich. They stop breakfast at 10:30. Irritating but ok just a cheeseburger off the... dollar menu? No, you have to order those items on the app! I come here at 10 PM to pick up an Uber eats order, and my instructions say to go inside. I go inside and a girl tells me it?s... closed. It wasn?t closed it was actually open, and I told her I just needed to pick up an Uber eats order and if she could justhand it to me since I?m literally already inside. This was a embarrassment for corporate McDonald's. I arrived at drive thru at 15 minutes untill closing. And there was a car... before me and a few after me. The car in front was told they were closed . They were u happy and I soon understood why. As Ipulled up to the window I was just ignored. No response by any team member. I drove to the pick up window and saw threeemployees trying to hide from being seen. I asked why closing early and response was cause we want to. I asked for manager andwas told to just (fkn) leave. I was irate. This was not ok with me. Leaving 15 minutes early with many customers turned away ,money lost and customer s never to return . Do they care ? No . Maybe upper management needs to be fired, maybey they don'tcare. I don't understand and will never return. I should call corporate and let them know . Prices have spiked. Front staff is almost non-existent. Breakfast is still what I've always said, "McDonald's knows how take... care of Breakfast! The service was very bad. The waitress toke my card and hand back to me, then she just walked away from the drive thru window. A... different waitress came to the window and ask me for my card. I told her the other person already took my card but gave it backto me. I gave my card to she ran it and said sorry but we ran your card twice. And I must call the card company to get myrefund. I said not you must reverse the charge she said no and just walked away. I stayed at the drive up window for about 5mins. She never gave me my receipt. I left Read more
I wrote a review a few months ago because they had a really bad homeless problem harassing costumers. But I'm really glad they... now have security and are able to clean their parking lot up a bit. Food is coming iut much faster so the improvements arestarting to show. Overall satisfied with returning there from time to time. Read more
