Asked for light ice in my iced coffee, literally the entire cup was filled to the rim with ice.

25 minute wait time, looks like they forgot my order since other clients who came after me were all getting their food.. After I... spoke up, I was told that my order number was called but not true...I was 5 feet away from the counter and never heard anyonecall my number. Then I can hear the staff ask for my sandwich...so they definitely didn't call my number since the order wasn'teven ready.. after all that,, i was still missing some items and my coffee wasn't even made as requested.. Ordered 3 large fries and were told to park and wait die them almost 10 minutes later we had to walk inside and ask for them,... still took a few minutes for them to grab it and when we got them it was lukewarm. We should not have to pay for this. This isthe worst Mcds I?ve ever been too. Go anywhere else. Read more
This place is the worst McDonald?s you could ever possibly go to! They have messed up my order 7-8 times in the last 3 months.... Sad ! Than when you call to complain about the situation nothing is ever fixed we?re just told to waste more gas on such aexpensive world to go pick up what we should of recieved in the first place. Not even napkins in the bag ? the manager? shiftleader ? is also very unprofessional. She?s probably the rudest manager I?ve ever met. Obviously there not the right fit forthe position. Read more
They were extremely disrespectful. We asked for the manager and the employee pretended to be one. We ordered a plain black... coffee. They got our coffee order wrong three times. The employee repeatedly yelled at me saying, ?take it, take it!? The realmanager eventually came, and she was kind. When she came she found out they had no coffee and that the employee had put sugarand half of the cup filled with milk. We ended up just taking the coffee with sugar. -10/10 do not recommend especially if youare in a hurry. Read more
Went to try the "new" crispy chicken sandwich, but I don't see anything new or fresh about it. I haven't had the Mc Chicken for... a minute but I can't undone there's any real difference, I'll try the Crispy deluxe to see if it's any better though. The plainwas juicy, had a splash of flavor, didn't seem cooked all the way and was just boring. Compared to others in the same categorythis leads more to be desired from it. Read more
