Very bad cashier talking walking around doesn?t care about the customers
8/14/2022. My order number was 124. I ordered around 10:45 - 11:00 AM. Had a larger order but my part was the Sausage, Egg... Biscuit with added cheese and bacon for an extra charge. Forgot the sausage. Asked if they could redo it, they stopped servingbreakfast right after my order and said no. If I wanted a refund I had to do the entire order. Told them to just refund mybiscuit and apparently that was fine. They only refunded me for the base products. Not even the extra charges AND I had to givethe food back to get the refund. The shift manager in charge took my original receipt and when I asked for it back she states Inever gave it to her. There were other things stated that were rude but decided to mention this because it was icing on thecake. I stopped McDonald?s because I only like their breakfast and I am always too late. I happen to have moved nearby so gotthere while they were still serving breakfast and of course the one time haha. It?s fine, there are other restaurants in thesame plaza. Ever since the pandemic, the lines at McDonald's have become insane. They can't even keep up with the line they have, but they... will split it into and have you sit there twice as long for that order. I spend them as much in gas as I do for the food now.What's even more irritating, to get stuck in the line when you're just there to buy a coffee, and they tell you the machinedoesn't work. But you're stuck between cars and have to sit in the line for 15 minutes before you can get out. It's insane! Andthey will have people pull out and wait for their order, but not when you're stuck in their line. No respect for your time. Noteven on the holiday. Read more
Huge shout out to the staff here. This McDonalds is busy and the Walmart it is in is a poorly run mess. The customers are rude,... pushy, and will do anything to cut in line. It would be really easy to avoid getting food here over that. It's the fact thatthe staff work as hard as they do to keep the flow going that makes this the only McDonalds I eat at. No exaggeration. Also,whoever promoted the manager here has a very good eye for leadership. He stands out considering the level of control andawareness he has during rushes. Read more
