Stopped by the Santa Ana location after visiting the Discovery Cube. It's just across the freeway close by with plenty of... parking. Ordered the family size portion with basmati rice three chicken skewers (added an additional 2 ground beef skewers)with two large Mediterranean salads, a couple lemonades for the kids and two coffees for us. Wife and I went dined in about 2 pm today (Saturday 7/2/22). We?ve dined in many times but today our server (Trisha) was... exceptional! Greeted us with a smile was friendly, cheerful, approachable and helped with our menu as wife ordered somethingdifferent (date salad) . She answered all her questions, took our order. Returned with our order asked if we needed anythingelse (never been asked that before). She checked in with the wife and asked how she liked the salad (another 1st)! She alsoasked if we had the app and then asked if I wanted to use the points?WOW! Thank you Trissa for making the dining experiencememorable. I was very upset with the way my family and I were treated on Sunday June 26, 2022 at 10:30am I went in to dine in and asked... host if we can sit on the tables nearest the wall nd she told me her manager was not sitting anyone understandable until Inoticed there was a group sitting on those tables on the other side of the room so i went to ask the manager VANESSA she refusedto seat us on those tables without giving explanation. Will never come back I was dealing with fruit flies while eating and people I was dining with were unable to finish their food... cause of the fruit flies. We told the waiter but all he said was he sorry. Took a pic of a couple flies I killed that landed onmy plate paid full price. Read more

This was my first time at Panini Kabob Grill (Santa Ana) Parking The parking is joined onto the mall and Round 1 amusement... park. Depending on the time of your visit mine was around 4pm. It can get busy. Wait Time Only 30 minutes, gave time to work onmy order. Food What can I say was so delicious, the quality and freshness in the food my Chicken Shish Kabob was so delightful.If only you visited Panini Kabob Grill then you?d truly appreciate what they do, I never knew adjacent to my mall this placeexisted BOY was I in the dark. The portion size of my food was a meal for two almost, I had a small lunch so I polished my plateright off. ????
