Ordered thin crust pepperoni. I think the box the pizza came in would have tasted better than the crust under our pizza. ... Cheese was so thin, had we not been able to see it, we would have sworn there was none. Pizza sauce tasted like tomato saucestraight out of can, without any seasoning. We order from them as it was late and other places had closed. OK, if we had tolist something positive, there seemed to be a little more pepperoni on the pizza than other places. They are always really friendly at this location but there is one employee that's rude she is young. I've dealt with her 2... different times & both times she has had an attitude & she doesn't give you the sauce for your bread sticks . Read more
Everything was smooth and perfect. My order was ready to be picked up, the staff member was busy but multi-tasked well (i.e.,... she was preparing something when the phone rang; she saw me, answered the phone quickly to place on hold, and then helped me),and the store looked clean. Read more
Usually we are satisfied with the service. Last night it took 20 min after we had clicked the "Im here" button for cubside. When... we asked for the manager the employee told us that she said she was on lunch. When asked for a corporate number employee saidhe didnt have it. The prior visit the employee who brought up the pizza had no customer service skills. She said "name" and thenhanded me the pizza without any acknowledgement or courtesy. Read more

I called back with a complaint about the quality of the wings - they were dry, overcooked and tasteless. The picture on the... website is glistening with sauce. The manager had no idea what the website looked like and, because I had ordered delivery,would not send a replacement even though I said the hot buffalo wings would be ok instead of the mild so I could get buffalosauce and some flavor. cashier got upset when I told them pepperoni and sauge aren't considered vegetarian (lol I wanted to cry) which were added onto... a veggie pizza for some reason... when I asked for it to be remade he said it was my fault after arguing how it wasn't my faultit was remade and the receipt was stuffed in there and the box basically thrown at me. They gave me someone elses order entirely and i called them so many times and when i say its me and wheres my actual order... because what i got what not mine they would hang up each time.. i just want my money back i wasted 200 reward points and 44$cash.. so i cant do anything with the bank .
