I had a really great experience placing a lunch delivery for the first time at Red Robin through Active Menus. It was quick and... easy. I thought it was convenient during work hours. Order confirmation and pick up instructions were clear. The food was readywhen I got to the restaurant. Employees were nice and friendly and provided great customer service. They even allowed mycoworkers and I to sit in the bar and eat and catch up as we requested to eat there. The food was nice and warm. The burger wasjust perfect, tasty. I had fries and extra fries and was also provided their seasoning packages for fries so that was a plus.Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I will do this quite often in the future when going out to eat during my lunch hours atwork. Read more

In terms of service, it seems this red Robin is at the top! We didn't even get halfway through our soda before they were... bringing us a refill. Fries were never ending, and the burgers were awesome! The bonzai burger is so good! Pineapple, teriyakisauce, and it was cooked to perfection. The service and waiter Greg especially was totally awesome. He was running the whole floor area and others helped but he still... made you feel like a real customer instead of someone there to eat We will return again even though it is quite a drive. I've come to this location a couple times over the last 6 months and I've had a great time everytime. The food here is... relatively consistent which makes it an easy go to place. The burgers are good and the garlic fries are something I look forwardto. The employees here are also very nice and the service has always been great. Read more

My family has been coming to this place for years, and we were blown away by the most amazing experience we have had in years!... Top notch work! The waiter was great! "Perfect onion rings don't exist." Whoever said that obviously hasn't had the towering onion rings at Red Robin. That crunchy &... tender onion ratio: bellisimo! So good I'll be dreaming wistfully of these for weeks. Their burgers are bound to satisfy thatdelicious-greasy burger cravings and then some.
