The guy working at this location had a really rude attitude when I was placing my order. They didn?t have the tall option for... drinks nor caffeine for the frappes I had to get my drinks in ?crepe?. I?ve had creme frappes and this did not taste good. Read more

I understand sometimes Baristas are by themselves working, but today the male barista was frustrated didn?t bother to pay... attention to what I was saying got confused then when I told him I did not order what he gave me rolled his eyes annoyed. Excellent customer service
PROS: It's coffee... to an extent. CONS: Customer service was sarcastic and rude without provocation; barista acknowledged he... was "experimenting" with our drinks, made a new drink that was exactly the same as the wrong one; we were forced to wait afterother orders before they fixed our messed up drinks after the line had already grown.
