I ordered breakfast at this location two days in a row and both days they got my order wrong. The first time I just ate it but... the next day I asked them to correct it (which they did with no hassle) only to realize they charged me for the other sandwichwhich was $1 more. I have showed up to this location for my free breakfast for veterans and they decided to stop serving breakfast at 10:20 instead... of 10:30am. I will never buy Wendy?s again and I?m spreading the word to veterans. Thanks Read more
First time going to this location. Did drive thru & it was nice & clean outside. Just the burgers, of course they were tiny,... like lil sliders lol Ordered the spicy nuggets which were delish. & of course ordered a Frosty, thee best! My son's first timetrying it & loved it. Read more
I absolutely hate the fact that this is the closest wendys to my house, I love wendys but this location is the worst. Everytime... I go there is an issue. Sunday 10/16 3pm I placed a mobile order, On purpose so that there is no miscommunication. I ask for nocheese on my burger and of course they put the biggest piece of cheese on my burger. So I have to go inside and get a new burgerbut they took so long the entire order got cold. So they made it all over for me. Where is the accountability for this store.They constantly screw up orders. It's a mobile order all you have to do is read and make it. Absolutely terrible. Stop hiringtrash. Read more
I pick up drinks or food at least once a week for my son after he gets out of school durning the lunch rush and every single... time I've been here the workers get me in and out so quickly. They are so quick and the inside is always clean. Can't get anybetter then that in my opinion. Read more
8/13/2022 around 7:00 p.m. Cash register wasn't nice or had good customer service skills. She did not take the order correctly... and try to charge me for a combo. She did not listen very well. Very poor customer service and quality of food. Notrecommended to eat here. I hope Wendy's consider looking into the matter because there's a lot of older people and disabledpeople like me coming to this establishment. Read more
i would happily visit this location over others in the immediate area because of great customer service by their cashier who pay... attention to the customer. i've visited both through the drive thru and going to the lobby for a to go order in the past. theinterior and exterior of the restaurant has been fairly clean during my visits. i tend to order their chicken nuggets, frenchfries or the spicy chicken sandwich and they always taste hot and fresh. I use to love this location, but then I found a hair in my BLT crispy chicken sandwich. ???????? It was from a guy who I... thought was sticking to health code standards by wearing a hat but in the middle of service I witnessed him take off his hat anduse his fingers to comb his hair and then proceed to put his hat back on and continue to work without washing his hands.
