Rude customer service. Long wait time to order. I?d asked if there was another kid?s toy option instead of the skateboard... launcher in my kids? meal. I was hoping for the activity kit. But the old Hispanic man serving our food said rudely, ?no, it?sfree?. I said it?s not free becuase I paid for it in the kid?s meal and I was asking if they had another option like theactivity kit. He again said ?no, they don?t have any other options? then turned to talk to his Hispanic female colleague inSpanish. Presumably about me. Such rude customer service here. All he had to say the first time was that he didn?t have anyother options available. Also, server could use more training as he made mistakes on my order and was confused when I correctedhim. The mistakes occurred before I?d inquired about the toy options. And I was patient while he figured it out, so his rudenesstook me by surprise. This was after I?d waited about 5mins to order, becuase the cash register wasn?t set up to take orders, ormaybe they changed cashiers because there was another group already there. And after waiting another 10mins while they preparedthe food. I could forgive the wait but the server?s rudeness was uncalled for after I was patient and polite to be begin with. Read more

Not sure why some of the food I get at this Carl's Jr. location looks and taste right, and the next day the food can be... something you just down want to eat. Read more
Not once, but TWICE! on TWO different visits. Serious training issues of what appears to be a frequent turnover of rookie... staff. Something so elemental as wrapping a special order of a lettuce wrapped Western Bacon cheeseburger, just to get home totake a mouthwatering bite and becoming disappointed and disillusioned that they didn't bother to check they forgot the hamburgerpatty. WHERE'S THE BEEF!!! I've been a loyal patron at the Milpas location for the last 18 years... sure, occasionally thingsare prepared not to the special order requested, and they are cheerful in rectifying the situation; but lately it has becomeappalling about their indifferent care for the customer. WHERE'S THE BEEF!!! My current beef is that I now must change myirritated rant about WHERE'S THE LETTUCE!!! I ordered four chicken sandwiches requesting all to be lettuce wrapped. What rocketscience are they employing in the kitchen to not pay attention to what the customer orders?! I get home to discover two of thosefour sandwiches were prepared with the industrial grade baked buns that I detest. It was a minor inconvenience the first timesince I live a few blocks away; but I imagine the grave inconvenience of a screwed up order delivered by Uber Eats!!! I amdone! The overall experience was good. Clean environment. Ordered right away with super quick delivery of that order to my table. The... actual food itself (barbecue chicken sandwich combo) was definitely better than "not bad". No disappointments. Read more
I was very surprised at the level of communication and concentration of the employees at this location. My food was delicious... and correct, the taste of my superstar tasted just like the first superstar I ever had. The restaurant was clean and everythingjust seemed to be under control. Will be back at this location if im ever in the area during the evening. Read more
This is good resource. Its more expensive than other Carls though.
